We're looking for apassionate Level 3 Early Years Practitionerto become our nextPreschool Room Leader and the team around them.

�� About the role
As our Preschool Room Leader, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day, creating a room that feelscalm, purposeful, playful and full of possibility.
You'll lead from the front - but you won't be expected to do it alone.
You'll work closely with the Nursery Manager and wider team, supporting practitioners to grow in confidence and capability while ensuring our children receive consistently high-quality care and education.

Isn't afraid to get stuck in.
You might already be an experienced Room Leader, or you could be a confidentLevel 3 Senior Practitioner ready to take that next step.
Most importantly, you will:
- Hold a full and relevantLevel 3 Early Years qualificationor above.
- Have a genuine passion for working with children
- Have a strong understanding of the EYFS and child development.
- Be confident leading a team - or ready and excited to develop your leadership skills.
