Trust Administrator
Based at St Martin's School, Brentwood, Essex (DET Central Team office)
37 hours per week
42 weeks per year (term-time, plus 4 additional weeks)
Essex Scale 4 (pt 8-9): £27,553 - £27,983* inc. Fringe Allowance (FTE) / Actual salary £25,418 - £25,814* inc. Fringe Allowance(based on 42 working weeks per year/48.1 paid weeks per year)
*based on Essex Schools Pay Scales 2025/26
We are looking for a friendly, organised and proactive member of the team to join us as a Trust Administrator. Working across Finance, Estates and IT, you will provide high-quality administrative support and play an important role in helping these functions run smoothly and efficiently across the Trust.
You will work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider operational team, helping to promote best practice and ensuring that processes and procedures are followed consistently and effectively. The role will require a professional and approachable manner, with a strong commitment to building positive working relationships across the Trust.
You will also support the Trust in meeting its operational and regulatory responsibilities, working in accordance with the Trust's Financial Regulations, the Academy Trust Handbook and the Department for Education's Good Estates Management Guide.
