Full Time Site Officer
37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
7am - 3pm (4 days per week), 7am - 2.30pm (1 day per week)
Essex Scale 3 (Points 6 - 7) £25,989 - £26,403
25 annual leave days (some leave can be taken during term time), plus Bank Holidays

We are seeking to appoint a flexible, enthusiastic and energetic Site Officer to support our existing Site Teams across the Moulsham Schools. This is a vital role ensuring the smooth running and safety of our school sites.
Key Responsibilities:
· Opening and closing of school premises
· Ensuring site security
· Portering and general maintenance
· Cleaning duties
· Assisting staff with site-related issues
· Covering unplanned absences and providing support during busy periods
· Occasional lettings cover
About You:
· Flexible and reliable with excellent time management
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Able to follow direction and adhere to Health & Safety procedures
· Physically fit due to the nature of the role
· Skilled in general maintenance, caretaking and DIY
· A proactive "can-do" attitude
Location: You will be based at Moulsham Infant/Junior School. You may be required to work across any of our Trust schools to assist with project tasks. The schools in our Trust are:
· Moulsham Infant School
· Moulsham Junior School
· Writtle Infant School
· Writtle Junior School
This list may expand based on any future growth within our Trust.
