Upper KS2 Learning Support Assistant
To Start September 2026
Term time only (37 weeks)
27 hours per week.
Monday - Thursday 8:45am to 2:55pm
Friday 8:40 - 1pm
Scale 3 Points 6 -7, Including Outer Fringe £26,718 - £27,312 FTE,
Pro Rata £15,854.74 - £16,100.30 Salary paid in 12 equal instalments.
In this role, you will be working within a fantastic friendly team.
Applicants must be enthusiastic, positive and able to work on their own initiative, as well as follow direction from other members of the teaching team.
Applicants should have:
· A high standard of written and spoken English with experience of working in an Upper Key Stage 2 Classroom.
· Excellent numeracy skills
· A strong work ethic with flexibility to respond positively to challenges of day to day school life
· Previous experience of working within a LSA role or similar role is preferable but not essential
· Experience of difficult behaviour management
