We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to support our youngest pupils, helping them to make progress, develop confidence and enjoy their learning experience.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work in partnership with class teachers to support social, emotional, educational and welfare needs of our children working collaboratively with other stakeholders in line with the School vision and values, and Canonium Learning Trust's purpose and principles.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in our high performing team where you will play a crucial role in supporting our Class Teachers to deliver lessons that reach all pupils' enabling children of all abilities to flourish. Your dedication and expertise will directly impact our ability to fulfill our mission and continue nurturing the potential and enthusiasm for learning in every child.
As a trust we are committed to investing in your training and development, providing you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in your role. We are looking for an individual who is eager to learn and demonstrates patience and empathy in their practice. Previous experience in supporting EYFS pupils and an appropriate Learning Support qualification will also be highly valued.

Working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 8:40am - 3:10pm.
Actual salary starts at £18,645 per annum.

St Michael's CE Primary Academy became part of the Canonium Learning Trust in 2024 when the predecessor school, Two Village Primary School, closed.
