The Gateway Primary Free School is part of the Gateway Learning Community [GLC] which is a partnership of one secondary academy and four primary academies located within Tilbury and Chadwell St Mary in the borough of Thurrock, to the east of London. We are looking for a dedicated and adaptable teacher to join our vibrant team. This unique role is designed to provide a seamless bridge for our students, working hand in hand with our established part-time staff across various year groups to ensure continuity and excellence in every classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
The Ultimate Team Player:Work in close partnership with multiple part-time colleagues, handling handovers with clarity and professionalism.
Year Group Versatility:Seamlessly transition between different age groups, bringing your expertise and energy as you fill vital gaps in the weekly timetable.
Curriculum Continuity:Ensure that, despite a changing schedule, student progress never misses a beat. You will be the "anchor" that maintains high standards and a consistent learning environment.
Creative Integration:Use your broad experience to enrich the curriculum, sharing best practices across the different teams you support.
