Camp Epic Lates - Activity Lead
Location: Primary School in the Chelmsford area
Monday-Thursday: 3:00pm - 6:00pm
Friday: Potential shift 12:00pm - 3:00pm (earlier finish)
Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Activity Lead to join our Camp Epic Lates team. The role involves planning and delivering engaging arts and crafts activities for primary school children in a safe, fun, and inclusive after-school environment. You will be on site with one of our amazing sports coaches and work collaboratively to create anEPIC after school experience for the children.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver a variety of creative arts and crafts activities suitable for primary school children.
Create a fun, engaging, and safe environment for all participants.
Encourage creativity, participation, and teamwork among children.
Set up and tidy away activity materials and resources.
Supervise children throughout the session, ensuring safeguarding and wellbeing at all times.
Work collaboratively with the Camp Epic Lates team to deliver high-quality sessions.
Requirements:
Experience working with children (ideally primary school age).
Creative and confident delivering arts and crafts activities.
Energetic, reliable, and positive attitude.
Good communication and organisational skills.
An understanding of safeguarding and child safety.
DBS (on the update system - we can apply for this for you).
