Pastoral & Wellbeing Co-ordinator
Pastoral Staff Pay Scale - 2 year fixed term contract to start
Salary dependant on experience and qualifications
A position has become available across two sites, including a post 16 provision, the Southend YMCA community school is seeking to add capacity and appoint a pastoral and wellbeing coordinator from the Summer term 2026.
We welcome applicants that have a minimum of 2 years' experience, working within a pastoral team in a secondary education setting to join our ever-growing team.

Previous experience within pastoral care is essential.
