This is an exciting opportunity to lead an established, successful, actively inclusive and forward-thinking Infant School. We are seeking an inspirational and dynamic leader with the ability, experience and aspirations to continue the successful journey of our Ofsted-rated 'Good' school, following our inspection in October 2024.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• A passion for delivering high-quality education within a nurturing environment, making a positive difference to children's lives and wellbeing, in line with our SCARF values.
• Proven leadership skills, or relevant experience and a willingness to actively develop these through professional learning and reflection.
• Strategic thinking and planning aimed at delivering a broad, balanced and inspiring curriculum for all children, whatever their ability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to building strong relationships across the school and wider community.
• The ability to adapt and lead effectively in an ever-changing educational landscape.
• A deep commitment to safeguarding and the welfare of all children and staff.
