Baddow Hall Junior School is a well-established centre of education in the heart of Great Baddow, Chelmsford. In October 2024 the school maintained its Good OFSTED rating. 'Pupils enjoy coming to school. They feel very safe and well cared for,' (Ofsted, 2024).

The school provides children with a positive, safe and ambitious learning environment, ensuring children can thrive, academically and personally. We are seeking a committed, visible, and collaborative leader to join our dedicated team of staff and governors to continue guiding the school's ongoing growth and improvement.
