Job Description

Part time Administrator - 10 hours a week (8:30-10:30AM)

Starting September 2025.

Messing Primary is a small village school, set in an idyllic rural setting just outside Tiptree. This vacancy presents an excellent opportunity for the right person to play a part in supporting the office and administrative function. We require an administrator to support the Office Manager with the smooth running of the office.

You need to:

Demonstrate excellent customer care and be aware that you are the face of Messing Primary School;

Be highly motivated, proactive and have high expectations of how you conduct yourself;

Be IT literate and have a good working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 Suite, emails;

Be thoughtful, caring and can get the best out of children;

Be diligent, conscientious and polite;

Enjoy your work, have a good sense of humour and be open and flexible to new ideas.

Messing Primary is a small, village school of 87 pupils, set in an idyllic rural setting just outside Tiptree. We are a caring, welcoming and dynamic Primary school that was inspected in October 2018 and awarded a grading of "Good" with "Outstanding" Leadership and Management, Behaviour and safety of pupils and Early Years provision.
