Scale: 3.4 - 3.5
Salary: £8,804 (16 hrs per week - 4 hours per day, Tuesday - Friday. 9am - 1pm.)
FTE: 36.08% (38 weeks per year)
Job Purpose:
The Learning Support Assistant (LSA) is one member of a team of professionals that will include teachers and other teaching assistants. The team works together to care for and educate the pupils in the school. The LSA makes a specific contribution to their specific subject area and / or curriculum contribution to the school teaching and learning programme. To support the learning, development, and well-being of all pupils, including those with complex educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), ensuring an inclusive, nurturing, and supportive environment.
You will:
