As the Trust's IT Support Officer for Canonium Learning Trust, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation and support of the various Trust's IT systems. Your responsibilities will span a wide range, including acting as the primary liaison with the IT Managed Service Provider (MSP), maintaining and updating ICT assets, and supporting various IT projects.
You will collaborate closely with school staff and the Trust's central team to provide essential IT support, ensuring all user accounts are managed effectively, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues as they arise. Through this collaborative effort, you will directly impact the quality of education and the overall IT experience for our pupils and staff.
Furthermore, your role extends to updating and maintaining the Trust and School's websites, managing the IT asset database, and assisting in the production of marketing materials using desktop publishing software. It will be your responsibility to ensure that all IT systems are up-to-date, secure, and compliant with relevant regulations, contributing to the Trust's mission of providing an outstanding educational experience.
Actual salary - £23,500 - £23,893
