Position: SENCo Administration Assistant
Contract: Permanent
Hours per week: 12 hours per week (2 full days or 3 hours a day over 4 mornings which are negotiable) (38 weeks - Term time only)
Scale: 3 Point 5-6 (Depending on experience)
Actual Salary: £6,545.09 to £6,651.43 (Depending on Experience)
Start Date: 2nd September 2024
Closing date: 24th June 2024 - midday
Interview date: week commencing 1st July

As the SENCo Administration Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the SENCo and you will undertake general administrative duties. You will need to prioritise tasks so that there is clear organisation and everything runs smoothly on a daily basis.
Hours are negotiable - either 2 full days or 4 mornings, term time only.
We would like to hear from you if you have:
● Experience of SENCo paperwork and processes.
● Experience of specific SEND needs: autism, SEMH, ADHD, cognitive.
● Understand and support the differences in children and adults and respond appropriately
● Understand the roles and responsibilities of staff working in a school and have a commitment to safeguarding all
● Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
● The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
