Early Years Lead - Preschool
We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and dedicated Early Years Lead to join our preschool team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate early years professional to provide outstanding leadership, support high-quality teaching and learning, and help create a nurturing, stimulating environment where every child can thrive. Ensure compliance with EYFS requirements and relevant policies and procedures.
Essential Requirements:
Relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years (Level 5 or above desirable).
Significant experience working in an early years setting.
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Commitment to providing inclusive, child-centred learning experiences.
