Governance Professional - HIVE Family of Schools

To prepare and attend all Trust Board and Local Governing Board meetings; this is a hybrid, part time role

Salary range: Competitive meeting and additional hours rates

Start Date - November 2025 (or sooner if available)

We are looking for a Governance Professional to join our team. You'll be integral to the smooth operation and administration of our Trust Board and its Committees, as well as working closely with some of our Central Trust team. You will bring your governance expertise to the role, as well as your exceptional organisational and administrative skills, to ensure the effective and efficient running of the governance processes.

You will be working as part of a supportive and collegiate team, which places the needs of children and young people at the heart of everything we do.

This is a hybrid part time role, with travel involved across all of the Trust's sites in the Chelmsford area, with plenty of opportunity for remote working.
