Role: SENLearning Support Assistant
Contract:Fixed Term to July 2030
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 16:00pm (35 hours per week), 39 weeks per year (Term time plus 5 Inset Days)
Salary:Scale 4 Points 8-9 Actual Salary £21753-£22102 pa (pay award pending)
Closing Date:11 June 2026 at Midday
We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join the secondary phase of The Beaulieu Park School on a fixed term contract. The role is to support children with additional needs in a general classroom capacity and, in conjunction with another LSA colleague, to provide high quality support, including intimate care for a specific student.

Information about the School
The Beaulieu Park School is Essex’s first ‘All Through’ school and the primary phase opens for reception students in September 2018 with the secondary phase opening in September 2019. The Beaulieu Park School will welcome its first cohort of 60 reception aged children in two classes. In September 2019, 180 Year 7 students will be admitted. Year on year the school will grow, providing 420 places for local children between four and eleven years old by 2024 and 900 places for local children between 11 and 16 years old by 2023.
