Key Areas of the Role
You will:
- Support SEND processes including EHCP Annual Reviews, ISP meetings, applications and funding.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure key SEND and pastoral information is organised and accessible.
- Work positively with families and professionals, ensuring communication is welcoming, sensitive and effective.
- Support inclusion and pupil progress, including attendance, transitions and Early Help processes.
- Provide wider Inclusion Team support, including meetings, Parent Forums and staff communication.
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Is caring, organised and approachable, with excellent attention to detail.
- Has administrative experience, ideally within education, SEND, health, social care or family support.
- Builds positive and professional relationships with children, families, colleagues and external agencies.
- Has strong communication and IT skills and can work confidently using initiative.
- Is committed to children and their wellbeing, with a child-centred approach and an understanding of safeguarding and inclusion.
