Brentwood County High School, part of Osborne Co‑operative Academy Trust, is seeking an inspiring and visionary Deputy Headteacherto lead on Raising Standards of Achievement and Sixth Form provision. This is a pivotal strategic role for an exceptional leader who is passionate about inclusive education, high expectations for all, and evidence‑informed school improvement.

As Deputy Headteacher, you will:
- Lead with integrity, vision and a relentless focus on raising standards for all learners.
- Drive high-quality teaching and curriculum development through our ACE evidence-based approach.
- Provide strategic leadership of Sixth Form, ensuring a thriving curriculum, excellent outcomes, and strong progression routes.
- Support the Headteacher in the day‑to‑day operational management of a complex and dynamic school.
- Shape and deliver school improvement priorities, working collaboratively within the trust's peer‑review model.
- Model a culture of inclusion, high expectations, and positive behaviour.
- Champion reading, achievement, and high‑quality assessment across the school.
- Build strong relationships with students, staff, parents, governors, and trust partners.
