Learning Support Assistant
Required September 2026
Fixed Term contract until 31st August 2027 (in the first instance)
Scale 3, point 6 - 7
(Full Time Equivalent, £25,989 - £26,403 + £1045 Fringe)
32.5 hours per week (8.25 am-3.25 pm)
39 weeks per year (Term time plus 1-week CPD)
Actual Salary Pro Rata £20,357 - £20,669

Due to an increase in EHCP students we looking to appoint a number of Learning Support Assistants to support the specific needs of students at our school. We have several full time and part time opportunities.
Experience of working with children with learning difficulties and emotional issues would be welcome but full training will be given.

The Headteacher is passionate about staff workload and wellbeing and holds regular wellbeing meetings with staff.
