Join Our Dedicated Inclusion Team - Lead Our New Hub!
Are you passionate about transforming lives and creating opportunities for every child to thrive?
We're looking for an inspiring and proactive professional to lead our newly established Hub - a specialist space supporting EYFS/Key Stage One children to reach their full potential. The Hub caters to pupils with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) or those currently undergoing assessment, providing individualised support for children who cannot fully access the mainstream classroom learning.
You'll work closely with teachers, parents, and our pastoral and SEN team to plan and deliver engaging learning experiences, monitor progress, and champion inclusion across the school. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and grow a brand-new provision at the heart of our school community.
If you are compassionate, creative, and eager to make a meaningful difference, we invite you to join us in creating something truly exceptional. Applicants should have a solid understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in primary-aged children, along with proven strategies to support their learning and development. Knowledge of additional areas of Special Educational Needs (SEN) is highly valued.
