About the Role

As an Admin Assistant, you will be at the heart of school life-supporting pupils, staff and families while helping keep the school running smoothly:

Be the friendly first point of contact for visitors, calls and enquiries
Support pupil welfare, including first aid and wellbeing
Manage attendance, absence calls and pupil records
Provide administrative support including letters, trips, and communications
Use systems such as Parent App and MIS to support the school day
