Invigilator
Salary: £13.45 per hour
Location: Harlow and Stansted College & across the East and South East of England
Casual Hours
We are looking for people to join our team of Invigilators, supervising students at both our Harlow college and Stansted Airport College campus as well as in our outreach centres across the East and South East of Essex for college and public examinations.
Duties for the outreach centres, will typically include collecting examination papers from our Harlow campus, travelling to the outreach location, carrying out the examination invigilation and returning papers to our Harlow campus.
Mileage and time travelling to and from outreach centres will be paid.
Ideally candidates should have use of their own vehicle.
Although no experience is required, you will be required to attend a compulsory training session and further sessions as necessary.
You should feel confident in working with young people and adults.
You will need to be competent in using a computer and an iPad, Microsoft packages and public speaking.
It is a condition of employment to be qualified at L2 in Maths and English or equivalent, evidence of this is required prior to employment start.
The rate of pay is £13.45 per hour.
