Admin Assistant
Scale 3 (c.£10,960.27)
19 hours per week, term time only
3 days a week. Monday 8.30 - 13.30pm, Tuesday & Thursday 8.30 - 16.00pm
To commence March 2026
Larkrise Primary School is part of Quantum Multi-Academy Trust and is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, reliable and capable office administrative assistant.
The successful candidate will be very well organised, with excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to demonstrate strong initiative and flexibility. A good level of English and mathematics is required.
Previous experience of working in a school office is desirable, with strong ICT skills, highly personable and a strong professional skill set required. A good knowledge of school attendance processes is desirable.
Duties will include:
· Supporting the office manager with admissions / attendance / organisation of school trips
· Pupil welfare
· Reception - greeting visitors and taking deliveries
Quantum Multi-Academy Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful applicant will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS.
