Part-time SEN Learning Support Assistant required ideally Monday 2nd November or before. Scale 3, Point6-7
Working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 8.30am to 3.10pm (with 30 minutes break), term time only.Fixed term until July 2027. However, this contract may be extended due to needs of the school.

We are looking for a part-time SEN LSA to support a child with specific needs in a mainstream reception class.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Targeted support to enable full access to the learning environment throughout the school day, including lunchtimes.
- Delivery of a personalised learning plan including speech and language and physical development.
- Contribution to meetings with professionals and the SENCo.
We are looking for someone who has:
- The ability to communicate with other members of staff effectively.
- The ability to build a strong professional relationships.
- Assist with the planning of learning activities by identifying and preparing resources required to support lesson plans, learning outcomes.
- Good organisational skills.
- Good behaviour management skills.
- Good basic English and Mathematics (minimum GCSE).
- A passion for the impact teaching and learning can have on improving life.
- A commitment to supporting the delivery of education at the highest standard.
- A friendly, knowledgeable and supportive team.
- Training where needed.
- A well-resourced and welcoming environment.
- A school that encourages new ideas, creativity, independence and challenge.
