We are looking for an enthusiastic and interactive Teacher for Year 6 Maths SATS Support to join our supportive and collaborative team. You will plan and deliver engaging learning to support the Year 6 Class with their Maths, developing exciting and innovative methods that stimulate interest and excitement in the classroom. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, dedicated and creative teacher who has a passion for teaching and learning, especially in the field of mathemetics.
Are you a creative thinker; resilient and want to make a difference every day to the children you work with?

The ideal Teacher for Year 6 Maths SATS Support will be someone who is:
- A great communicator who can translate mathematical concepts into "lightbulb moments" while maintaining a calm, positive atmosphere that lowers exam anxiety.
- Understands the specific "stumbling blocks" in the KS2 curriculum (e.g., fractions, decimals, and percentages) and can identify exactly where a child's understanding is breaking down.
- Able to scaffold learning for students with SEND or those working below age-related expectations, ensuring they feel empowered rather than overwhelmed by the SATs papers.
- Confident in using a range of resources to make maths engaging.
- Enthusiastic about working with the Year 6 lead teacher to analyse mock data and plan small-group interventions where they are needed most.
- Committed to raise the achievement of all students of all abilities.
We know you're going to do great things as a Class Teacher, investing in our employees' wellbeing and career development is a priority for us. We can offer you:

- The opportunity to be part of exciting development and innovative change
- Access to trust resources and materials to help plan and deliver great lessons
- Cycle to work scheme
- Free eye tests
