Nursery Assistant (Level 2/3 Early Years qualified)

Hours of work: 30 hours per week - 8:30am to 2.50pm, term-time only

Salary Range: £14,159 - £17,799 per annum (dependant upon age and experience)

We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified childcare practitioner to join our wonderful nursery.

This offer is open to early years practitioners with a full and relevant Level 2 or 3 early years qualification with a demonstrable work history of working in a childcare environment. Working with children aged between 3 months and 4 years as part of the nursery team, you will provide safe, high-quality education and provision for the young children in your care. Duties will include acting as a keyworker for a small group of children, providing exceptional care, liaising closely with parents/carers and ensuring each child's needs are recognised and met, teaching children, offering an appropriate level of support and stimulation, helping to set up and tidy away at the end of the session, attending meetings and training courses as appropriate, and undertaking any other reasonable duties as directed by the room lead.
