The children at our Salcott Crescent Nursery School in Wickford deserve the very best in care and education. If you feel you could be part of our outstanding team who create that environment for them on a daily basis, then let us know.

Our fantastic Early Years Educators are dedicated to providing outstanding care and education for the children within our care. This highly rewarding role within our well-resourced and high quality nursery settings provides the ideal opportunity for our Early Years professionals to make a real difference to the children in our care and their families

We use the Key Person approach to support parents and children when settling into nursery, and understand the individual needs and circumstances of each child and their families. All Early Years Educators use an electronic system "I connect" to track children's progress, make observations and plan for the child's next steps. This is turn gives parents the opportunity to contribute to their child's learning journey through the use of the shared system. Parents receive regular electronic updates including photographs and observations about each key child throughout the day.

There are many fantastic benefits available at Seymour House. We provide outstanding career progression, training and development opportunities, alongside social events such as EDspace and team building days. We pride ourselves on training and retaining the best Early Years teams within Essex and Hertfordshire.

We ensure all new joiners have the support and training they need by providing a dedicated mentor who helps and guides them through their first few months with us.

If you would like to be part of our dedicated and enthusiastic team, please call Amanda Feeon 01245 213218 or send your CV to amanda.fee@seymourhouse.co.uk
