Hours of work: 15 hours per week. 11:00 am to 2:00 pm Monday to Friday
38 working weeks
Salary: Band 2 - £23,426 - £24,189 full time equivalent including fringe allowance (pro-rata). Salary negotiable depending on skills and experience.
Hilltop Infant School are seeking to recruit a new member of staff to join their Catering Team. The successful candidate will supervise a team of Midday and Servery Assistants. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to communicate at all levels, have experience in motivating teams to work together and have the knowledge to ensure high standards are maintained.
The successful applicant will:
- Line manage both the servery and midday assistants' team to ensure the safety, welfare and good conduct of pupils during the midday break
- Maintain the servery hygiene and the safety
- Administer basic first aid and medication where required
- Ensure the safe return of all pupils to the care of the teachers at the end of the midday break
- Supervise the clearance of the dining area
