Learning Support Assistant
Mixed Year 1/2 class • Monday to Friday • Term time
Help children grow in confidence, develop independence and enjoy learning at our small village primary school. We are looking for a caring, reliable colleague who works well with children and adults.
Start date: Monday 4th January 2027
Hours 8.40am-3.15pm, Monday to Friday
Optional additional breakfast-club hours 7.15am-8.40am
Salary Essex Scale 3, point 7 • £27,274 full-time equivalent, pro rata
Permanent contract
Support children in Year 1 and Year 2
You will support learning in our mixed Year 1/2 class, working with individuals and small groups, including children with SEND. We offer a welcoming team and training to support you in the role. Optional breakfast-club hours are available in addition to the standard school day, by agreement.
