A family-run children's nursery in Brentwood, Essex, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join their team on a full-time basis.
Hours are Monday and Friday, 9am-2pm, and Tuesday to Thursday, 9am-5:30pm, with some flexibility for discussion. The hourly rate will depend on age, experience, qualifications and responsibilities.
The successful candidate must hold a relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification, have at least one year's experience in an early years setting, a current Paediatric First Aid certificate, and a strong understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding and child development.
Responsibilities include providing high-quality care and education, planning engaging activities, supporting children's development, maintaining safeguarding and health and safety standards, and building positive relationships with families.
Recent advanced safeguarding training, SEND experience and a Food Hygiene Certificate are desirable.
