We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and caring Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated team at Gosfield Community Primary School. This role is primarily focused on providing one‑to‑one support for pupils with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), ensuring their individual needs are met both in the classroom and during unstructured times.

In addition, the successful candidate will ideally have Forest School training (or a willingness to undertake training) to help deliver our outdoor learning curriculum across all year groups. You will also support pupils through speech and language interventions, working closely with staff to ensure high‑quality provision that reflects our commitment to nurturing the whole child.

This is a full‑time position for 32.5 hours per week, working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver planned interventions and provide consistent support throughout the school day, including lunchtime and playground duties.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide dedicated support for pupils with an EHCP, tailored to their specific learning, communication, and social needs.
* Deliver and support speech and language interventions, following guidance from the SENCO and external professionals.
* Contribute to our Forest School provision, delivering outdoor learning experiences that promote resilience, curiosity, teamwork, and environmental awareness.
* Assist pupils during lunchtime and on the playground, promoting positive social interactions and ensuring their wellbeing.
* Work collaboratively with staff to implement strategies outlined in the EHCP and contribute to progress reviews.
* Maintain accurate records of support provided and pupil development.
* Champion our RAISE values - Respect, Aspiration, Integrity, Safety and Empathy - in every aspect of your practice.
