Job Description:
We are looking for a Level 3 early years practitioner to join our outstanding team after October half term.
This position is going to be predominantly based in our baby room caring and educating children aged 6months - 2 years. Therefore previous experience of working with 0-2's is essential.
Hours will be: Three full days 8:30-5:30 with the possibility of extra's if desired. Term Time (38 weeks per year)
We are hoping to interview and carry out relevant induction / DBS in during October.
Ideally candidate will also hold a relevant paediatric first aid certificate.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and education to children in the nursery
- Create a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and play
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum
- Monitor and assess children's development and progress
- Collaborate with parents and communicate effectively about children's daily activities and progress
- Maintain a clean and organized nursery environment
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care
Skills:
- Experience working with young children in a nursery or childcare setting
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask

Information about the School
We care and educate children from 6 months old.
We are a term time provider and operate between the hours of 08:30 -17:30 Monday to Friday.
