Hours: 27.5 hours per week(8:45 - 3:15 daily)

Abbots Hall Primary Academy is looking to appoint an enthusiasticteam playerwho is passionate about working with children.

We are looking for someone who:
Has been educated to at least GCSE level in English and Maths and ifpossibleholdadditionalqualifications/experience with working with children
Has apatient and positive attitude
Is able tobuildstrongrelationships with adults and children

The successful candidate willbe requiredto:
Work under the guidance of a teacher-planning and preparing lessons/learning activities and to deliver these in either a subject specialism or key stage to a whole class/with a small group of pupils and on aone to onebasis
Work alongside a child as part of 1:1 supervision
Work alongside lunchtime supervisors to provide care for children at lunch.
Take some responsibility for thereporting andprogress of pupilsin accordance withtheschoolsassessment policy
Communicate effectively with parents/carers and colleagues
Undertake training asrequired
Keepup-to-datewith changes in education relevant to your role
Work in collaboration with other colleagues.
