Job Description

Market Field College in Clacton-on-Sea provides education for a range of students with moderate learning difficulties, including those with autistic spectrum needs, between the ages of 16 - 19. The College offers a range of vocational learning courses and provides, in safe, structured yet stimulating environment, opportunities for young people to develop their independence and employability skills. We have a strong team of dedicated staff and supportive leadership.

You will need to be resilient, enthusiastic, motivated and have excellent communication skills.

We are primarily recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant to work (27.5 hpw) 09:15 - 15:00 with an unpaid break of 15 minutes, term time only.

Actual annual salary range (depending on experience) from Scale 3.6 (£16,115.31) to Scale 4.9 (£16,899.72).
