St Michael's is looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic and caring SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated team working in our additional resourced provision. Our provision is for children with SLD (severe learning difficulty) and majority of the children have a profile of ASD diagnosis.
St Michael's is a single form entry school with a Nursery and ARP (Additional Resourced Provision) for 20 children with SLD (Severe Learning difficulty).
This role also includes lunchtime cover.
We require a committed, passionate teaching assistant who:
· has experience of working with SEND pupils in a school setting;
· is patient and resilient with a positive nature;
· is self-motivated and can use his/her own initiative;
· has high expectations of self and others;
· has proven behaviour management skills;

Working hours:
Hours of work 9.00am - 3.00pm
