CHERRY TREE ACADEMY
TEACHER REQUIRED - 40% - initially Fixed term for 1 academic year
September 2026
MPS Pay Range
We require an experienced teacher for two days per week (Monday & Tuesday), initially fixed term contract for an Academic year, to work at Cherry Tree Academy in Colchester from September 2026.
Our Trust has a desire to support and develop practitioners and ensure working in education is fulfilling, Inspires MAT are seeking an innovative practitioner to work at Cherry Tree Academy who will further enhance the learning experience for our children and help them develop as well-rounded individuals.
We are a professional and collaborative learning community with a culture of high expectations - both academic achievement and personal and social development. We offer a curriculum that is exciting, vibrant and promotes a love of learning and a dedicated, passionate and friendly staff but most importantly amazing children.
This is initially a fixed term position to cover for the secondment of the substantive postholder.

Cherry Tree Academy is a one-form entry primary school in Colchester, catering for children 4-11 years old.
