Squirrels Preschool is looking for a Level 3 qualified manager to take our setting forward following our recent Ofsted inspection where we were rated Good.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the setting including, but not limited to, overseeing the delivery of a high-quality curriculum, managing staff, and working with parents to ensure the needs of children are met. You will also work closely with the Manager of the community centre in which we are based, and the Finance Officer, to oversee budgets and expenditure.
28 hours per week, term time plus holiday pay.
Essential: Full and Relevant Level 3 Qualification and at least 2 years experience in childcare.
Previous experience as part of a manager is preferred, however training and full support will be offered if the right candidate is looking to step up from a deputy role.
