Finance Administrator
Scale 5 (Point 9-12 Will reflect relevant experience)
Actual Salary £18,357 - £19262 plus £490 outer fringe allowance
30 Hours per week 9.00am - 4.00pm.
Working weeks 39 (44.7 paid weeks per year)
Personal Attributes Required
Due to the retirement of our finance administrator, we are seeking to appoint an experienced, organised and reliable Administrator to join our busy office team.
The successful candidate will have:
- A good working knowledge of ICT including Word and Excel
- Knowledge of SIMS(knowledge of FMS would be an advantage)
- Knowledge of SIMS School Money (would be an advantage)
- Strong all round administration skills with the ability to prioritise workload
- Be prepared to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills being able to relate well to children, parents, staff and outside agencies
- Clear understanding of the need for discretion and confidentiality
- First Aid qualification or be prepared to undertake training
This role is suited to somebody who already has experience of working in a school setting, however, training will be provided for an exceptional candidate.
