East Hanningfield C of E Primary School has an exciting opportunity for a School communications Administrator to join the team as soon as possible.
The hours are 8:15am to 4:15pm Monday to Wednesday 22.5 hours per week.
Salary: Scale 4, Point 7 (Range 7-8)
Actual Starting Salary £12,353 per annum with pay award pending (paid pro rata)

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, adaptable School Communications Administrator to join our busy school. You will be responsible for the effective communications at all levels across the school community, school admissions process, census and other clerical duties.
The ideal candidate will have:
Excellent communication skills including welcoming disposition and warm telephone manner
excellent literacy, numeracy and IT skills
experience and knowledge of the school admission process
ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail
strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise
experience of the school census
