We are seeking to appoint a an efficient, enthusiastic and committed Assistant Cook to join the School Kitchen Team for 20 hours per week:


Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday : 10.30am - 2.30pm

The successful candidate will assist with the following:

Preparation and serving of food and beverages.

Preparation of the dining area, which will include moving and setting up furniture

Preparation of the service area

Washing of dishes, cutlery & other equipment

Cleaning of all catering areas on a daily basis

In addition, they will need to be able to deputise for the Cook when required.

They will need to be flexible and have the ability to work well within a team and independently. In addition, they will need to be willing to undertake training to obtain a Food Hygiene Certificate.
