Working Pattern
37 hours per week on a split shift.
7am to 10.45am
2.30pm to 6pm
Holidays are mainly to be taken in term times. Out of term time holidays are negotiable: a maximum of 2 weeks in the middle of the summer break, 1 week in the Easter break and 1 week at the Christmas break as an option. This will be dependent on the repairs and maintenance programme each year.

The successful candidate will:
- Be a positive, calm, dedicated and flexible team player
- Be able to build highly effective relationships, including with the pupils and their families
- Be able to organise and prioritise their own work
- Take pride in the appearance and maintenance of the school site, including its grounds
- Have knowledge and experience in Health and Safety
- Have general maintenance and repair skills or an area of specialist skill, for example, an electrician or plumber
