Assistant Headteacher

Cecil Jones Academy arelookingto appoint a new member to join our Senior Leadership Team for September 2024.

We are seeking to appoint either a middle leader, or a current senior leader, who has a proven track record of school improvement. The person we are looking to appoint needs to be an effective, enthusiastic and well-qualified to join our growing and thriving school.

Exact responsibilities will be designed around the strengths of the successful applicant and the needs of the school. We are particularly interested in applicants who have experience of at least two different secondary schools and who can demonstrate clear impact of their current leadership and outcomes.

Cecil Jones has been graded GOOD by Ofsted after a full inspection in September 2023.
