Trustees seek to appoint a dynamic and passionate CEO to lead and drive our Trust to provide an outstanding education for our children.
We are seeking a visionary leader who is passionate about inclusive education.
An exceptional candidate who;

- Is ready for a new challenge and has the energy to move the Trust forward
You will provide inspirational, strategic, and professional leadership, continuing the development and success of the Trust and its academies. Driving standards and ensuring outstanding performance.
Trustees are looking for a candidate that can demonstrate the qualities and characteristics that support their suitability for this exciting opportunity through a passion for co-operative ways of working and value based leadership

Information about the School
Keys Co-operative Academy Trust are a small Academy Trust located in Essex. We currently have two Alternative Provision schools, serving Mid and North East Essex and a Special School in Brentwood. Our Trust is based on Co-operative values which guide and inform the ethos of all of our schools.
