Stifford Clays Primary School is an extremely happy and positive school and we are seeking a Personal Assistant with HR responsibilities. The focus of the role will be to provide personal assistance to the Executive Head Teacher and to liaise with the central Trust Human Resources (HR) Department in respect of general payroll and HR related matters. Acting as the HR link lead for the Thurrock primary schools. This is truly an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to further their career and make a positive impact in the world of education.
Previous administration experience in a school or the public sector is highly desirable but not essential, as training will be provided to the right candidate. Candidates must have intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office packages and ideally knowledge of management information systems. They must also be able to demonstrate excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills.

We are a community-focused school for 2 to 11 year olds, located centrally in the Stifford Clays ward of Thurrock. The original infant and junior schools were built in 1954 and were one form of entry. The school has grown hugely to accommodate 90 children in each year group. We have a resource base provision for children with autism.
