Midday Assistants required at Greenways Primary School
Hours:
10 hours 50 minutes per week
11.35 am - 1.45 pm daily
Term Time only
Salary:
Level 3 point 5 fte £23,500
Actual Salary £5,804.32
Hourly rate £12.18 per hour

We are seeking to appoint a friendly, reliable, and caring individual who enjoys working with children to join our midday assistant team.
Duties will include:
Opportunities to work with all our children from Early Years to Year 6
Prepare the dinner hall for lunch and clear away afterwards
Supervising children in the dinner hall.
Supervising and supporting children in the playground.
Encouraging children's imaginative play including participation in group games.
Work cooperatively and effectively as part of a team.

Information about the School
Our large primary school is a happy, vibrant learning community situated in Southend-on-Sea.
The school is situated only 300m from the beach. We are blessed to have a large site with some fantastic facilities including our own swimming pool, Forest Schools area, environmental area and pond as well as two large playing fields.
Our community is a place of learning and friendship. We provide a happy and nurturing environment, so that as well as maturing into well-rounded, healthy young people, our children develop a passion for learning.
