Stifford Clays Primary School is looking for an inspirational and enthusiastic Year Lead Teacher to join our fantastic team. Candidates will be able to express an interest in their chosen year group. You will need to show a flair for leadership with evidence of impact outside your own classroom in your current role. The contract is fixed term covering maternity leave, with an end date to be confirmed.
The successful applicant will be:

Why Stifford Clays Primary School?
We are a community-focused school for 2 to 11 year olds, located centrally in the Stifford Clays ward of Thurrock. The original infant and junior schools were built in 1954 and were one form of entry. The school has grown hugely to accommodate 90 children in each year group. We have a resource base provision for children with autism.
Stifford Clays Primary School is an extremely happy and positive school. We are an Ofsted 'Good' school (2022) where ''pupils love coming to school'' and "pupils, staff and trustees show great pride in belonging to the Stifford Clays Primary School community."
Our personal development provision is 'outstanding'.
