Learning and Personal Support Assistant - Part time 15hours 50 minutes, term time plus one week (39 weeks). 7 months fixed term contract.
Scale 2, Point 4 pro-rated pay is £8,479 per annum (FTE £23,114) Working Monday 08:40 - 12:30, Tuesday & Wednesday 08:40 to 15:10 with half an hour break.
We are looking to appoint a motivated and inspiring Learning and Personal Support Assistant to support pupils in the classroom and a 1 to 1 pupil. The role will initially be a fixed term contract commencing from 4th January 2024 until 23rd July 2024, with strong potential to extend.
The successful candidate will support all pupils in the classroom under the direction of the teacher and working with SENCO you will take some responsibility for the progress of pupils with SEN. You will be a positive role model and encourage pupils to make good progress in their learning. You will also support pupils at lunchtimes.
