Monkwick Infant & Nursery School

Office Manager

Pay Range: Local Government Scale 5 Points 9-12

Actual Salary from: £22,594 - £23,765 per annum

Start date: As soon as possible

Full time/Part time:

37 Hours per week, 08:00 - 16:00 Monday to Thursday and Friday 8:00 - 15:30

This role is 41 weeks per year (38 weeks' term time, 1-week non-pupil days and 2 weeks during the school holidays) although we will be happy to accept applications from people who would like fewer working weeks. Please indicate your requirement on your application form.

We are seeking to appoint an Office Manager to join our friendly team at Monkwick Infant and Nursery School.

The Role

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

· Being on hand to ensure that the office runs smoothly and taking enquires from staff, parents and external agencies.

· Supporting the Headteacher with HR tasks and confidential administration.

· Overseeing and carrying out the administrative work in the office.

· Ensuring that staff and pupil records are kept up to date

· Managing the Single Central Record

· Working within the team to provide cover for our busy reception.
