Chelmsford College are looking for a flexible and enthusiastic person to provide an effective Reception Service within our Reception team.
Duties will include providing a reception service across both Chelmsford College sites including telephone calls and providing admin/admissions support when required. It is essential to have good IT and communication skills and be able to work efficiently under pressure.
Candidates will need to be flexible in their working hours. Availability to provide sickness/annual leave cover for the evening receptionist, extra cover during enrolment and some evenings for showcase & parents evenings will be required.
The hours for the role are detailed below. These hours are not negotiable, however will be adjusted to accommodate Showcase/enrolment and other events.
37 hours per week 52 Weeks per year
Term Time Hours:
Mon 8:30 - 18:00
Tue 8:30 - 17:00
Wed 8:00 - 16:00
Thu 8:30 - 16:30
Fri 8:30 - 16:30
Non Term Time Hours:
Mon 8:30 - 16:30
Tue 8:30 - 16:30
Wed 8:30 - 17:00
Thu 8:30 - 17:00
Fri 8:30 - 16:30
